Milestones for the girls...
Cora is learning to ride a bicycle with training wheels, and she loves to wear her "hat" (helmet) b/c that is what Simon down the street wears when he rides. She is very tall for her age, and people always think that she is older than she is. She has been a picky eater for the past three or four months, but is just starting to try "new" foods without much prompting. She is still quite shy around older kids and large groups, and we are working on saying "hi" when someone speaks to her. She can be so kind to her sister, and always wants to know where Audrey is...but then on the other hand, she will occasionally slap her on the back or pull her pigtails for no reason at all.
Audrey is starting to say lots of words. She gets so excited when she sees her daddy and mommy, and says "momma" for both of us. She prefers her mommy but loves her hugs from daddy. She smiles often, and will blow kisses when asked. Just started to walk on May 7th without holding onto a hand cautiously. When something is taken away from her or her sister is mean, she dishes the aggression right back. She can throw quite a tantrum, and toss her pacifier for extra dramatic effect.
