Before bed C was trying to stall for time, and she asks, "What do lions eat, daddy?"
Daddy looks at her and honestly, with no sugar coating, says, "They eat rabbits..."
C looks disbelievingly at her dad, and replied, "No, they don't."
Daddy continues, "They eat horses..."
"No, that would hurt the lions." C stated.
"They eat deer..."Daddy starts getting antsy.
"No, Santa wouldn't have them for Christmas." C answers confidently.
"They eat steak and hamburgers..." Daddy finally gives in.
"No, that is what people eat." C replies. She won't believe a word her father says. Kids these days.
